We are not living in the “perfect” world and never will be (as it may never should be), however, there is always ways to improve and balance your life. You have to realise that your own body has all the knowledge and the full capacity to heal itself if you create conditions for that. There is no magic pill that will make you healthy. To work at optimal level and heal itself your body needs the material for proper functioning and most important   what needs to be done is to stop feeding it with toxins contaminated food. Even getting right and clean food doesn’t mean it will be beneficial for your health if you don’t prepare it in a proper healthy way.

Beauty and hygiene products is another source of toxins that we load into our system when we overuse use them. Many commercial brands are full of chemicals that, over time, can poison our system through our largest organ, our skin. Needless to say, that in a long term, such products negatively affect our health and beauty state. Electromagnetic pollution is another source of subtle toxins damaging your organism. Accumulating free radicals within your body is only one of many aspects of such exposure. Keep your sleeping place free from electromagnetic pollutants, such Wi-Fi routers, mobile phones etc. Get rid of microwave oven and use traditional way of cooking. Avoid excessive use of you mobile phone or use a hands-free model so the telephone is not close to your head.
